How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard US delivery takes 5–8 business days once shipped, and tracking is emailed to you the moment your relic leaves the vault. Shipping is $4.95, and free on orders over $50.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet — the vault currently opens its doors to US addresses only. Join the newsletter and you'll be the first to know when that changes.
What if my order arrives damaged or isn't right?
We want you to love what you ordered. If something arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. See our Returns & Refunds policy for the full details.

Every listing shows the actual product, with honest dimensions and materials listed on each page. If a detail matters to you and isn't listed, ask us before you order — we answer within 1 business day.
