Shipping policy

Where we ship The Thrynvault Studio currently ships within the United States only. We don't yet offer international shipping — if that changes, this page and our checkout will say so.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time Standard U.S. delivery arrives within 7-12 business days after your order ships. Some items ship from partner fulfillment warehouses; your tracking link always shows current progress.

Shipping rates (United States) Standard U.S. shipping: $4.95. Free standard U.S. shipping on orders $50+. Express shipping ($15.00) is offered where available and will be shown at checkout.

Tracking Every order includes tracking when available, emailed to you on shipment. If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, or your order has not arrived within 30 business days after shipment, contact us at thrynvaultstudio@proton.me and we'll look into it.
